I am currently working on a Resource page, to share the pages and people I visit to learn about jewelry. We as a community, learn ALOT by really examining the pieces, either in person with a jewelers loupe, or by reading/studying the plethora of amazing jewelry books out there, or online using enlargement. Really looking at pieces from all the angles. When creators on youtube, etc, share videos of their pieces in a light box a for us & explain different facets – up close – this is so helpful! All these fine details have helped me personally in my jewelry identification journey.
